Artisanally crafted from selected wine spirits (holandas) obtained from our own vinifications and distilled in our traditional alquitaras. It is then aged for years in carefully chosen barrels to refine its delicate flavors, achieving an elegant balance between the different toast levels and wood contributions, and the clear personality imparted by this exclusive distillation system.
It is distinguished by a meticulous blending of different wine spirits and barrels seasoned with Sherry wines. Its evolution in these sherry casks, shaped by our microclimate and the influence of the surrounding mountains under the shelter of the Picos de Europa, makes this brandy a truly unique and exceptional product.
