A Single Malt entirely crafted and aged in our micro-distillery, using our own malted barley, fermented and processed on site, then distilled drop by drop in traditional Lebaniega copper pot stills, following the careful recipes of ancient local master distillers.
This is a fine and elegant whisky, aged in the best Sherry casks. Another outstanding spirit within our Premium brand “As de Picos”, produced in limited editions with a distinctive character—born from heritage, the purity of mountain water, and the unique microclimate of the Cantabrian Mountains.
