El Ídolo is our young wine, made from the Tempranillo grape. The label represents the metal associated with the planet Mercury and pays tribute to the long-lost craft of blacksmiths, under the motto “The place where God hides”, in honor of the rock-cut churches of our valley.
El Hito is our Tempranillo crianza wine, aged for 14 months in American and French oak barrels. The label represents Fire, associated with the planet Mars, and pays tribute to the long-lost craft of charcoal burners. The motto for this wine is “The cradle of Iberia”, honoring the place where the river takes its first steps through our valley.
La Ilda is our Verdejo white wine, a variety that adapts exceptionally well to the climate of Valderredible. On the label, it represents Wood, associated with the planet Jupiter, and pays tribute to the long-forgotten craft of spinners, weaving fibers by hand. Our motto for this wine is “The Sound of Silence”, something deeply familiar in our nearly abandoned villages.
