A premium, pure orujo spirit handcrafted in the traditional Lebaniega copper alembic. On the palate it is delicate, with liqueur-like grape flavours and a smooth mouthfeel. It finishes warmly, making it highly digestif and ideal for rounding off a meal.

Pomace brandy (made from the solid part of the destemmed grape, remaining after winemaking), distilled drop by drop in the traditional copper still of Liébana.

This liqueur is made with rock tea, a local, wild, high-altitude plant that grows above 1,200 meters. In Liébana, this plant has always been used to make digestive infusions to finish meals, often accompanied by a generous splash of orujo (a type of Spanish pomace brandy). From this tradition comes this rich liqueur, which combines both flavors with an extraordinary and luscious mouthfeel.

It is recommended to serve chilled or with plenty of ice. Shake well before using.

A Single Malt whisky entirely produced and aged in our micro-distillery, made from our own malted barley, fermented and processed on site, and distilled drop by drop in our traditional Lebaniega copper stills, following the careful recipe of the old local master distillers.

This is a refined and elegant whisky, aged in the finest Sherry casks.

A premium, ultra-high-quality gin, handcrafted with water from Los Picos de Europa and botanicals distilled in the traditional Lebaniega copper still. Elegant, enveloping and highly aromatic on the nose, it invites enjoyment on its own—just as pure spirits have traditionally been enjoyed in this land. On the palate it is dry, long and refined, achieving an ideal balance for all kinds of cocktails and preferences.

Botanicals: juniper, cardamom, ginger, Té del Puerto, orris root, elderflower, Novales lemon, mandarin, grapefruit, orange, licorice, coriander, angelica root, plus three secret botanicals from Picos.

It is exactly the same premium gin, with a light maceration of fruits (lychee, mango, pineapple and raspberry, among others) that add indulgent, fruity notes while preserving its distinctive essence. It is distilled drop by drop in the traditional artisan stills of Liébana.

It features a very soft pink hue. Sweet aromas dominate the nose, while the final aftertaste reveals the characteristic nuances and personality of the distillate.
