More than 20 years ago, we started brewing beer at DouGall’s, driven simply by curiosity. Today, we open the doors of our brewery to share the story of that adventure and take you on a journey through a much older one: centuries of brewing knowledge that we continue to put into practice every day.
And here, theory is something you can taste. During the tour, we pour beer directly from the fermenters so you can try it right where it is being brewed.
We finish around the table with a tasting of different DouGall’s beers, accompanied by a selection of local cheeses. Because some stories are best understood with a beer in hand.
