At Dougall’s, we have been brewing beer since 2006, making us the oldest craft brewery in Spain. Our range includes a core lineup of nine beers—seven of them gluten-free and one alcohol-free—and we release several new beers every year.

NOTAS

Deep golden in colour, crystal clear and very well balanced, brewed in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516. Malt takes centre stage on both the nose and palate, with notes of biscuit, bread crust and subtle hints of nuts. The German Perle hop adds a delicate floral touch and a very light bitterness on the finish. Prost!

A blonde ale brewed with a generous amount of American hops, giving it flavors and aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, particularly mango and peach. On the palate, this beer has a very flavorful body and a balanced finish.

NOTAS

A golden and bright beer with a fresh aroma of citrus and stone fruit. On the palate, it is light, clean, and very drinkable, with a perfect balance between smooth malt and hops that contribute notes of mango, peach, and a final herbal touch. Its moderate bitterness makes it refreshing, straightforward, and surprisingly addictive.

A blonde ale with flavors and aromas reminiscent of melon and citrus, brewed with pale malt and a generous amount of hops during dry hopping. IPA 4 is very refreshing and has a light body, making it easy to drink. It finishes dry with a moderate bitterness.

This blonde ale is our first Pilsner, a classic in Spanish bars. In this recipe, which we have been refining since 2012, we have adhered to the German Purity Law of 1516, relying on the combination of pale malt with noble hops and lager yeast. Raquera is a crystal-clear, well-carbonated beer with a light, pleasant, subtle, and refreshing aroma and flavor.

Tres Mares is a rollercoaster of flavors. The combination of malts gives this dark beer aromas of licorice, toffee, and subtle smoky notes. On the palate, you'll perceive hints of biscuit, chocolate, and nuts. A few seconds later, when it seems like it's all over, the hops appear to give you a dry, bitter, and very pleasant finish.

Orange in color, very hazy, and moderately carbonated. Citrus aromas are prominent on the nose. On the palate, grapefruit takes center stage, with subtle hints of peach and mango. All balanced on a malty base, not overly dense but with the silky texture imparted by the oats. The finish may surprise you because, unlike the initial taste, it is bitter and lingering.
