La Flor de Limón is a citrus farming project focused mainly on Novales lemon, based on regenerative agriculture. Our main goal is to care for our plantations in the healthiest, most ecological, and sustainable way possible in order to obtain the highest-quality fruit. These lemons are then transformed into a range of organic lemon-based products, such as lemon marmalade, organic liqueur, our Limoncelu Novaliego, lemonade, and freeze-dried lemon, both sliced and ground.
